1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the G.S. Engineering website (gsengineering.in) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

G.S. Engineering provides coal beneficiation solutions including but not limited to consultancy, OEM equipment manufacturing (Rotary Breakers, Heavy Media Baths, Belt Filter Presses, etc.), mechanical works, civil works, electrical works, and operation & maintenance services. All services are subject to separate project-specific agreements and contracts.

3. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, market conditions, and project scope modifications
• Final pricing is confirmed only upon execution of a formal contract or purchase order
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise

4. Project Execution & Delivery

• Project timelines are mutually agreed upon and documented in the project contract
• Delivery schedules may be affected by force majeure events, client-side delays, regulatory approvals, or material availability
• G.S. Engineering will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines and will communicate any anticipated delays promptly
• Site access, utilities, and necessary permits are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts and purchase orders
• Standard terms: advance payment as per contract, milestone-based payments, and balance upon completion
• Late payments may attract interest at 18% per annum or the maximum rate permitted by law
• G.S. Engineering reserves the right to suspend work in case of payment defaults exceeding 30 days

6. Warranty & Liability

• OEM equipment is covered under a standard warranty of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from delivery, whichever is earlier
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal operating conditions
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear
• Total liability shall not exceed the contract value of the specific equipment or service in question

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the G.S. Engineering website — including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software — is the property of G.S. Engineering and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, technical data, pricing, and business strategies shared during the course of engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any business relationship for a period of 3 years.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. The language of arbitration shall be English.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

11. Limitation of Website Liability
